These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”), including the Privacy Policy and other documents referred to in these terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (hereinafter, “You” or “Recruiter” or “Counsellor”) and Unitekassociates.co.uk, hereinafter referred to Unitek Associates Limited (“UnitekAssociates”), respecting your use of the Services as described herein.
By indicating your acceptance by clicking on the appropriate button when signing up for the services, and thereafter by using the services, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not accept and agree to be bound by the agreement do not access or use the Unitek Associates (UA HUB) services.
Except where prohibited by applicable law Unitek Associates (UA HUB) may change the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time by posting updated terms on the Unitek Associates (UA HUB) website. You are responsible for monitoring the Unitek Associates (UA HUB) website for any such changes and for reviewing such changes. Your continued access to or use of the Unitek Associates (UA HUB) Services after any changes to the Agreement indicates your acceptance of such changes.

Despite the fact that it is your obligation to read the Terms and Conditions in their entirety, we have provided a summary of some of the most important provisions below.
The Commission paid to you will be presented on the dashboard of the Unitek Associates (UA HUB) Platform and owing to exchange rates and other variables could wind up being greater or lower than the estimate provided on the dashboard. We have different commission structures for different universities so make sure you’re aware of it. You can find all the details of our UK universities and commission structure here.
To share information with us and the Unitek Associates (UA HUB) Partners, you must first get signed personal information consents from Students. These consents should also include permission for you to deal with the Unitek Associates (UA HUB) Partners on their behalf.
During the Term and for 18 months after the termination or expiration of these Terms and Conditions, in the countries where you have performed the Recruitment/Counselling Services, you shall not, without the prior written consent of Unitek Associates (UA HUB), directly or indirectly solicit any Unitek Associates (UA HUB) Partner to use services that directly compete with the Unitek Associates (UA HUB)Services.
You must keep all information provided by Unitek Associates (UA HUB), including these Terms and Conditions, your application, and its attachments, confidential.
There will be no normal legal responsibility on our side in our recruiting partner arrangement. If we are found responsible for anything, it won't cost you much UK pounds.
Unless otherwise restricted by law, we reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time by publishing a revised version on the Unitek Associates (UA HUB) Platform. If there are any updates to the Unitek Associates (UA HUB) platform, it is your responsibility to check them out.
We will hold your information in accordance with our privacy policy available at Privacy Policy and data governance practises as a data controller, and by providing us with any required registration and/or personal information, you agree that we may perform verification and screening services.
The first term of this Agreement will be 12 months from the date that you agree to this Agreement, and will automatically renew for successive 12-month terms on the anniversary of this Agreement, unless terminated earlier or this Agreement expires.
